Autumn has arrived in the Polish Beskids National Park, transforming the local landscape. The forested mountain slopes have been covered with vibrant autumn foliage, creating a picturesque mosaic of yellow, orange, and red tones. At the same time, the high-altitude meadows characteristic of this region, called polonynas, have taken on a sandy-brown color typical of the autumn period. The Beskids are a mountain range in southeastern Poland, known for their unique natural landscapes and biodiversity. The national park, established to preserve this territory, attracts tourists and nature enthusiasts from across the country and abroad, especially during the autumn season, when the changing colors create particularly scenic views. Polonynas are treeless areas on the peaks and slopes of mountains, formed due to the special climatic conditions of high altitude. These meadows are an important part of the local ecosystem and the region's calling card, attracting the attention of photographers and nature researchers. The autumn period in the Beskids is traditionally considered one of the most beautiful times of year to visit the park, as the contrast between the multicolored forests and the faded polonynas creates a special atmosphere characteristic of this area.
